I got this board last year, and loving it! the best possible setup you can get is paris trucks, abec 11 bearings (any abecs are good but 11 are the best), bushing aren't necessary for this board, and orangatang stimulis, and for flex, i am 100 LBS. so i have flex 3 and my board is like a trampoline. it depends on your weight for what flex you should getTuesday 10 April 2012
